Promotional Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in promotional offers provided by Freename AG (“Freename”, “we”, “our”). By participating in the promotions described below, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Promo 1 – SAVEBIG Promotion: Up to 60% OFF Web3 Assets + Free .COM Domains
By applying the SAVEBIG coupon at checkout, customers can unlock exclusive discounts on all Web3 assets in their cart — including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools — along with free standard .COM domain registrations.
• If the cart value of Web3 assets reaches at least USD 200, the customer will receive 40% OFF and four (4) free .COM domains.
• If the cart value of Web3 assets reaches at least USD 400, the customer will receive 50% OFF and five (5) free .COM domains.
• If the cart value of Web3 assets reaches at least USD 2,000, the customer will receive 60% OFF and six (6) free .COM domains.
The threshold is based on the total value of eligible Web3 products added to the cart, not on the final amount paid after discounts. For example, if the cart contains USD 200 in Web3 assets, the coupon can be applied.

• The SAVEBIG coupon must be applied at checkout to activate this promotion.
• The discount applies to all Web3 products in the cart, including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools.
• Only new Web3 purchases are eligible. Renewals, upgrades, and previously purchased items are excluded.
• Free .COM domains apply only to standard .COM registrations. Premium .COM domains are excluded.
• Free .COM domains must be added directly to the cart during checkout, or can be redeemed afterward by contacting support@freename.com.
• All free .COM domains are subject to availability at the moment of selection or redemption.
• The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or special offers, unless explicitly stated.
• Freename reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
2. Promo 2 – $10 Credit per Eligible Web2 Domain Transferred
• Customers receive a USD 10 credit for each Web2 domain successfully transferred to Freename.
• Credits are automatically added to the customer’s Freename account once the transfer has been completed and confirmed.
• Credits are valid only for the purchase of Web3 domains and TLDs on Freename. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to third parties, or used for Web2 domain renewals or registrations.
• The promotion applies exclusively to transfers of domains under the TLDs listed in Appendix A.
• Only domains that successfully complete the transfer process qualify. Failed, canceled, or pending transfers are not eligible.
• Freename reserves the right to disqualify any transfers that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of Freename’s Terms of Service.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other transfer-related offers.
• Freename may amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
3. General Provisions
• These promotions are time-limited. Freename may specify start and end dates separately on its website or marketing communications.
• Participation in these promotions is subject to Freename’s General Terms of Service and Domain Registration Policies.
• In the event of a conflict between these Terms and other Freename policies, these promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the offers described herein.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
